The wood that lays on top of the foundation is rotten and soaked, the cross beams that connect to?

it is also rotten and water logged, I ripped this all out, and can replace except the wood on top of the foundation is ruined. How do I rebuild this? It's the bottom of the frame where the sheet rock meets the floor, ruined

you will need to jack the house up to replace your sill you don't say how much room you have between the bottom of your floor joists and the ground I bet with the amount of rot your taking about you only have 16"-24"any how getting back to raising your house you will need to raise the wall start by doubling up every thirded stud or so now get a 2 x10 nail it across your studs using three d16 nails driven upward you will need to rent ether two 20 ton hydraulic jacks or railroad jacks I prefer the railroad jacks myself jack on the 2x10s make sure to be careful as this is a dangerous undertaking I wish you luck any questions feel free to contact me
