I don't mean the videos from the outside of the shuttle. I want to see the inside what it's like for the crew and passengers. I'd be interested in seeing videos for other passenger spacecraft too.

NASA has a public information web site which you can go to
and look at many current videos and photos of recent events. They also have a "Contact Us" place on the web site which you can use to contact them via EMail and submit a question such as where can I find "blah blah...". It works very well for me and I am sure you will have no trouble getting specific directions for cockpit videos or photos during launch. I don't think you will find to many passenger videos around because only a time or two have private citizens (passengers) made it into space. I am not counting the Zero G airplane flights made to let people experience Zero Gravity.
