When your inner voice tells you that you are ugly, look at yourself in the mirror. Don't look at your appearance at all, look into your own eyes only. Tell yourself aloud "F---k You! You dont know what the f---k you are talking about. So just shut the f---k up cause I know Im better than what you say." Its sounds crazy, but it helps relieve your frustrations.
