You come up with the best VS. scenarios-damnit! I have to give it to Anti-monitor bedgrudgingly, because he was able to cross time and space and defeated numerous characters with various powers, not to mention the fact he destroyed many Earths and other planets. Galactus has destroyed planets, but Anti-Monitor had the goal of destroying more than just planets-life itself, and he had the power to do it. Galactus is just looking for a Big Mac.

The Anti Monitor would lure Galactus on with promises that he would be able to take from Galactus the world-devouring hunger. Galactus would sense that this was true, just as the Beyonder could have done. The Anti-Monitor would simply have destroyed a couple whole parallel universes, channeling it all down Galactus’ gullet. And the big G would die of—a Cosmic Stomach-Ache…!

The Anti-Monitor was an order of magnitude more dangerous than Galactus.

He destroyed entire realities/universes whereas Galactus only consumes planets and stars, one at a time. The Anti-Monitor also became more powerful with each divergent reality he eliminated.

Anti-Monitor.
Because he controlled Anti-matter and destroyed entire Universes and Realities. Where as Galactus only eats Planets.
The Anti-Monitor would have Galactus for lunch and not even break a sweat.

Galactus wins. The Anti-Monitor used pawns to accomplish his ends other than his heralds( and a robot or 2), Galactus does the deed by himself. The Anti-Monitor used the shadows to hold of the heroes of the various dimensions and only acted directly when he absolutely had to. Galactus would have fought them himself.

I'm a DC boy, and I'd think that A-M would win easily in a fair fight with G, but since Perez can only dress characters in polyester, A-M would lose out of shame.
