You can download visa forms (visitors, study, work) at the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website.

Download it from the Citizenship and Immigration Canada's website at www.cic.gc.ca . Fill out all the required information, pay the corresponding fees and pray. You'll be alright. Whenever I had to deal with the CIC, I just download all those application forms, go to the bank and I'll be smiling.

Duh! You can't download a visa! It's really hard to get a visa, not like buying a candy from a candy store! You need to go to the Canadian Emabassy!
