Why do we girls always have to go to the bathroom in pairs? I've done this many times, of course, but I am just curious as to why we do this or just looking to see what others have to say about it.

I think it is just a social thing! We can go freshen up our makeup together and say to eachother what we don't want to say in front of the other people we are with. If with guys or on a date, we can ask the other girl for advice or just chat about how the date is going. Also, it gives us a quick chance to gossip! Or maybe we just want the girls to go with us so they don't flirt with our men while we are gone! It can be for many reasons.

I think it's an opportunity to have a socializing break during which the night and events can be discussed. At least, in my experience that's why girls go to the bathroom in pairs.

I think it is for safety. I like going with someone in case there is an issue that makes me feel uncomfortable. Lika a creepy looking person by the bathroom. It just settles me to know that I am not alone.
Also, if there is no toilet paper then your friend can hand it to you.

i think its because like if one is in a crisis and the other can help they will or somthing like that just an example if one girl need something and the other girl has it then they could help or maybe they just like to chat but that is a good question

well...i'm not sure....that is a verrry good question though....all i know is me and my friend always go in the bathroom in a group but i don't understand why though....i guess all i can say is.....its a girl thing!

we go in pairs because we don't mind our friends always being around us at every moment and we just don't like to leave one on their own because what if the rest of them leave...its not nice.

i think to go freshen up like go over make up thats started to fade or just to talk with your friend in private. i have seen this a lot in movies. mostly they just want to say things that they dont want the guys they are with to hear.

because when ur at a dance u should have someone to help with ur makeup a true friend to tell u how u look tho it would be pretty awkward if they went together. yuck anyway that's just me

I never do this...but I had a friend who wouldn't go without me...i always used to tease her about it, lol
