Ok well i got the game but weird thing is I found out it's really diffrent.Well Zelda's 20 years old and Link's 17 years old......ok I think that's strange.In the old Zelda game wind wake Link and Zelda were the same age and both kids only Zelda was a pirate/princess.Now In this game Zelda's 3 years older then Link<

Windwaker doesn't deserve to be part of the Legend of Zelda franchise. If you want to play a REAL Legend of Zelda game, get yourself a copy of Ocarina of Time or any of the older games. There's just no comparison.
Anyway... it doesn't really matter if you don't like the "official" pairing. You want to see Link and Zelda together? So do most of the fangirls, and there's plenty of fanfiction out there with that as the main pairing. There's also quite a few featuring Link and Malon as a couple, and a couple of other, more... erm... interesting... pairings such as Link and Epona. Personally, I think I prefer this Link liking Ilia. It doesn't seem forced or like it's "ZOMG DESTINY!"

As for the age thing, there are various Links and Zeldas. The games don't follow just one. They happen at various times.
Example:
Ocarina of Time. ~100 years pass.
Twilight Princess. ~200 years pass.
The Wind Waker.
