I would say Britain. British (especially English) women have become more and more 'liberated' over recent years, both sexually and in other ways. It is now perfectly normal in Britain for a woman to ask a man out, English women often drink just as much as men do, behave just as badly as men and often dress openly and provocatively. Quite frankly, too many British women are sluts.
