And if so, have you ever gotten it back? It is netflix's policy not to communicate with the warehouse...but i have heard that people get their dvd's returned. does anyone have experience with this?

Yeah, a friend of mine accidentally sent back a burnt copy of the disc (whoops!) but they sent it right back with "wrong disc" marked in a check space. I can't guarantee that will happen, but it's pretty likely.

Yes, they sent it back and asked my daughter to return the correct disk.

No, I don't know anyone this happened to though I see how easy it would be to mix up your dvd with theirs. Good luck!
