Stephen John Mielke. I need to locate him to relinquish his parental rights. He has never seen my daughter and she is now 10. My husband really wants to adopt her but we cannot locate him. The county child support office has not been able to locate him in over three years! He has 3 younger siblings, Laura, Andy, and Amy, and his mothers name is Pat. He is from Minnesota and we are NOT looking for any money we just need a current address so my husband can adopt my daughter. If you know him or his siblings please please help. Thank you.

which seems to know where everybody is.
I just searched it for "Stephen Mielke" and turned up 8 of them plus 6 or 7 "Stephen J. Mielke".
If you know his approximate birthday you can narrow it down further. Almost all those listings have a phone number, so just make a few calls.

i think he still can but check with the laws ...just say he has been missing and no known address....good luck and tell hubby its a girl
