Probably because I don't take **** from anyone and I don't really listen to anything that anyone says, I usually do what I want.

I'm extremely shy sometimes, and most people say that it's not a good characteristic to have. This song is pretty much about how being shy isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it can make you loose out on a lot. And being a shy person, I have to agree with that, but the first line gives me a sort of comfort in knowing that "Shyness is nice".
