Another suing case from TV shows.
A woman who attended an April taping of The Oprah Winfrey Show has sued Winfrey's Harpo Studios, alleging that she was shoved down a flight of stairs after audience members were told they could seat themselves, causing a frenzied scramble in which she was knocked off balance. She claimed she was unable to attend to her "usual duties and affairs of life," and "will in the future continue to suffer pain and suffering and disability." She didn't specify exactly what her injuries entailed. The woman is seeking more than $50,000 in damages. - Quoted from E!Online
Again, I think people suing big companies are wasting their time and money. It's better to think over your lawsuit and make everything detailed before going against big names.
What do u think?

ummm...people are animals. Maybe this woman should try to sue the people who shoved her (unless Oprah did). It also makes me wonder what her "usual duties and affairs of life" are, or what her injuries were.

People need to get a life.

Normally, the plaintiff hopes that the defendant pays off with "nuisance money" to make it go away.

Obviously the studio attys chose to fight this lawsuit.
