id say it was all by misscommunication- the frair was suppose to deliver the letter to romeo explaining juliets condition, but romeo never got it, hence when he say her unconscious, he thought she was dead. if he would have been informed that she took the medecine to knock her out, he would not have thought she was dead and killed himself, it was all miscommunication
