CsF shows the highest degree of electronegativity difference (which can be determined from the periodic table). Electronegativity runs down a group and across (left to right) along a period.

these are considered binary compounds. Diatomic molecules are the same atom. O2. N2,Cl2, F2, I2, Br2

F is the strongest nonmetal.
Cs is the strongest metal.

CsF has the greatest electronegativity difference of the compunds listed, and in fact greater than almost every possible compound. (I think that FrF would be the only one that is greater)
