I do believe they should. What is OK for an adult (with sexual content or violence), may not be OK for a child to watch. I mean, would you like to have a couple of 5 yr old watch a porn and then emulate what they see? Or how about a child that is 5 watch a movie or something that has murder in it? Those children aren't old enough to realize that it's all make believe, and it's not alright to go out and have sex that young, or murder anyone just because they made you mad.

sure. in case you ever learn information, what you'll learn is that as long as you've a minimum of 35 randomly chosen human beings, you'd be very precise on your effects. The Nielson ratings use a techniques more effective than basically 35. they extremely are nicely into the thousands! that doesn't advise that different shows are not watched, it basically means that a majority of people watch the shows that make their accurate record.

Many countries do not have ratings, and they are doing just fine.
For example, Serbia and Montenegro do not have ratings and their children have less problem with violence and crime then here in the USA. I know this because i lived there for 16 years.

they already do...and yes because there are some shows taht ittle kids cant watch because they are not of age........
