No. I wouldn't. Unless he can remove the cast to drive (which I assume he shouldn't) he should not drive. That is a hazard to not only your family and father, but the rest of us fellow drivers. If the doctor says no driving, that means no driving.

Probably, but if he is in an accident and has a cast on anywhere, the lawyers may say he was impaired. Beware the liberal laws and their slimy lawyes. Everyone is out to get rich by suing you today.

oh yah. he is so lucky. I drove in my short leg cast- i couldnt take it off. he has an air cast. It is so nice because he can take it off to wash and stuff. He can drive unless the doctor gave him instructions not to!!! have fun and good lucK!

If it change into your left leg that change into damaged (and also you force an computerized), then you truthfully might want to force with none issues. With the right leg, this is an fullyyt diverse tale. you shouldn't force. it would want to be really basic for something to bypass incorrect and an coincidence to take position.

If he's comfortable working the the pedals with the thing off. While it's on, it could get caught on something. If he takes it off, and he has to brake quickly for any reason, he could hurt himself.

i've done it with a brace (the kind from the hospital where you cannot bend your leg) this was of course on my LEFT leg and I drove a automatic so there was no safety issue.

if it is on his RIGHT leg, and he is driving then he is needlessly endangering people and being an idiot....

There's no law responsible for that. Let him drive at his own risk.
