Relax bigcurrie....I believe they are.Much the same as people are born with different coloured hair etc. I believe it is a nature versus nurture thing. Recent scientific studies from America have shown that there are about 500 species of animals that are "gay". Sheep farmers are aware of "Gay rams" in their flocks. And let's face it with all the agro that has been heaped on gays in the past and now...who would choose to be gay and have to deal with all that if they had a choice. Be strong. Seeker

No they are not. It is just a degenerate life style. that is why they call it sexual orientation or preference. I think it is a learnt behaviour,.Similar to the taste buds int the tongue, it is something that is acquired. Unfortunately lobbying to the scientific community and politicians, by funding bogus research has convinced some gay scientist and gay politicians to try and make everyone think that is genetic

Most are. Some are bisexual and choose to live exclusively gay. A few are straight, and due to circumstances (perhaps abuse, imprisonment, etc.) find themselves living as homosexual.

I'd suppose that the last case is the ones that are able to be "cured".

Probably, because even if gay people don't 'act' on it, they are still going to be gay. Just like straight people are still straight whether or not they are having sex or not.

Scientific studies have demonstrated physiological differences between heterosexual and homosexual people, such as eyeblink rates, inner ear structure, and hypothalamus size. Other studies have disputed these findings and other research on anatomical differences.

Yes. Who would choose to live a life in which people ridicule you and possibly beat you up because of your sexual orientation?
