To me it kinda looked like he (Tigger) was losing his balance and he swung around to grab onto the kid so he didn't trip over the fence. I wasn't there so I don't know. But I can imagine that standing so close to the fence (behind him) in that bulky costume isn't easy.

so now what are is parents gonna sue tigger...didn't look like anything major to me and the kid seemed unharmed when him,his dad and lawyer were on the news
