It depends girl. If u r drunk like I am rite now, Id need help. But If I fall becaue of a stone on the street I can get up easily without help Hhahahaa, My answer roooooooooxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If you're drinking so much you are falling down, your problem isn't the ability or non ability to get back up - it's the drinking you need to address.

Usually I don't, in a physical sense, need help getting up. But in an emotional sense, I might hobble around for a while on my own before I finally ask for someone for some help or support.

Get back up by myself; but a little help offered now and then is not bad, just to know people care.

Sometimes..well most of the time..I can't get back up...things hurt me..emotionally..it's hard to regain the trust and respect you once had for that person that made you fall in the first place...It usuall takes someone to rescue me and help me back up..I am still waiting for my hero though.....do you understand what I am saying? i don't think i am really explaining myself...lol

sometimes I can get back up. Depends on who I fall on. I might not want to get back up. lol Hang on and I'll help you. .....Sorry. Now I've fallen and can't get up. Really. I need 911. HELPPPPPPPPPP!
