Love is putting someone's needs and wants above our own. Love is accepting a person for who they are not what we think they should be. Love is always wanting to be the best person we can be because love makes us better. Love is knowing that we will never be alone because we have loved and we are loved.Love is honest, pure, and lasting.Lastly love is the best even when we have been hurt by it.

Love is a feeling, but sometimes you may not know that you are loving someone.
Love is a glorious thing when two people share it together.
Love is pure, true, kind, patient, and when you have that kind of love, baby, it makes a hell of a lot of feeling of warmth and tenderness.
I think love has to be platonic(with meaning) love.
There isn't any love chemistry, hon, trust me, I've been in love for 3 years, and I'm only 13.
Let love flow into you, baby! Yeaaaah!

love is the ties that bind us all together. its just that some people have a harder time acknowledging those ties... they would ignore the very meaning of their existence.
and love is simply not lust.... love is the caring that makes a mother go through childbirth for her baby, that makes a brother or sister teach and guide, defend and protect. Because you are all that baby has, and because you love them, you want them to be able to make the most of their life, for their own sake.....
love is as stranger's smile in the street that cheers you up when you feel like crap. Love is giving up everything for someone, for reasons you can't explain. love begets selflessness.... i wish that everyone in he world could access their love at any time, and not be denied the very reason they were Created.... "If everyone cared and nobody cried, if everyone loved and nobody lied, if everyone shared and swallowed their pride, then we'd see the day when no body died...."

Love is many things, but the hardest lesson we have to learn before we can truly love is to put the other before the self.
To say, "Hey, I'm not what you need, so I'll go."
You know, Dolly then Whitney sang all about that in nice, easy words.
And you can't love until you're willing to do that when necessary.

It is a chemical release in the brain of dopamine and serotonin when you see someone you recognize. The amount that is released is based upon your level of recognition and the status of your relationship. The longer you are with someone the more you will recognize them. It is a great evolutionary step, because you live longer when you are with 1 partner and your offspring has a greater chance of survival when the parents stay together.

Love is patient,
love is kind.
It does not envy,
it does not boast,
it is not proud.
It is not rude,
it is not self-seeking,
it is not easily angered,
it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
this is what gods word says at 1Corinthians 13
if you love someone you will give your life for them

Love is not a product of reasonings and statistics. It just comes--none knows whence--and cannot explain itself.
