They weren't... just digging for other stuff and found more remains. Now they're searching for more.

Back in December they found some of the victims' remains by accident in manholes near Ground Zero. I believe that they did do a new search for a week or so after this, but I don't think that this is still occurring.

Ummm. No. It's been five years. They've had enough time. It's not like they're going to find much left of them now anyway. They're just cleaning up so they can build a monument and whatnot.

If they really are than they hope to find bodies...What kind of funerla would it be with an open casket? Also they salvaging silver and metals to make coins and a battleship I think.

I don't believe so. I think they found some bodies by accident not long ago. God rest their souls.
