ewwwww.....roll the windows down and let it air out for several hours if you possibly can. Otherwise try Febreeze or shampooing the carpet. Oh! you might want to pour some baking soda on it and let it sit for a bit then vacuum it up.

Scrub it with soap and water, then treat all areas that were affected with a special deoderizor called "XO". XO is a clear pump spray and smells for a while but it's pure magic on vomit and urine smells.
You can find XO in some larger stores in the cleaning supplies or more often in a large pet store..it's used to remove pet smells frequently. XO is the stuff used by the airlines to get the smell of vomit out of airplane carpets and seats, that's where I learned about it..trust me..it works.

Use a mixture of warm water and baking soda, to scrub your car. It will absorb most of the smell, then spray with "Oust" or "Febreze"

get a product called "desolve all" and use it according to the bottle, youll have to delute it. also replace you cabin air filter and you can try shampooing your carpets.
