How do you remove 1 or 2 sections of the stretchy, metal watch band ? thanks in advance.?

I would like to remove 2 sections of the stretchy, metal watch band from a Pulsar watch. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

wat i did was go 2 a jewelry store(u can go 2 a watch store also) and have them take out sections of da watch cuz i did that
