no. i used to live in a apt. building when i was a kid. the peole who lived below us would fight and hit and everything. my parents would call the cops and when they would show up the girl would say nothing happened even though sometime there was blood. the cops finally got tired of us calling...can you belive that?they told us to cut it out.

Let me tell you about a family that was always fighting, and nobody called 911...on new years eve we were at a party next door to this house....this is in the country.....2 brothers were fighting off and on all night....shortly after midnight we heard a blood curdling scream....before we know it the road is full of cops, emergency vehicles, etc....bottom line...20 year old brother stabbed his 24 year old brother in the back and killed him...this all took place in front of their 10 year old brother. Too bad that nobody in that house called 911 BEFORE a fatal stabbing took place. Yes call 911, please.

cops hate the Domestic Call but hey, it might save a life or at least stop terrorizing the neighbors if the crazies in your block aren't forced to shut the heehaw up !
having cops arrive immediately sets a good tone for the whole block that you all don't put up with GUFF .
It's especially good for the small children who are terrified of adults arguing, to learn that arguing has consequences !

Call the sheriff. It is his obligation to resolve these issues by imprisoning the abuser (man or woman).

I would call the Sheriff anonymously. You may save someone who has been going through years of abuse. You may save someones life. Call right away.

If you think you hear them fighting, call the cops. Even if there aren't any nearby, it is better than doing nothing.

It's up to you. Bear in mind that they will probably figure out it was you that called. But if you think you might save a life - call and worry about the other thing later.

Yes! You never know what might happen if you don't. Plus the cops will not tell them who called. So they will never know!
