This question always reminds me of which is better Coke or Pepsi? Matter of opinion! i like them both and this will be a question that will be answered in years to come. And i count myself lucky to be able to watch them both grow as players and superstars.
As i was lucky to be the right age to watch Wayne and Mario.

Well Sid is suposet to be the next Wyane Gretzky, but i think that one on one that Ovechkin is better. Crosby has had more media attention, and he was a great player when he was in the jounior legues.

Alexander Ovechkin, because Crosby is a stuck up snob. Plus, Ovechkin is a way better hockey player than Crosby'll ever be.

Ovechkin is more exciting to watch than Crosby but as far as skill and talent and lasting Crosby wins hands down. Crosby is a team player Alex is not.

As far as an answer goes. They are both great players but I will pick Sidney Crosby. Not only is he 19 and the league leader in points but he is simply amazing on the ice. He can score goals and set up goals like no one can. Plus the energy he brings to the game is crazy.
