Yes, they do. And there are all kinds of reasons why people have trouble with spelling and grammar. All of us are good at some things and not so good at other things. There will always be people who will say mean things. Often the best policy is to ignore them. I try to pay attention to the good things and not to the things that put people down. Best of luck.

Bad spelling and bad grammar make the reader think the writer is too lazy to do it right.
Basically, if you are going to do something at all, do it right. That way of living will reap you greater rewards in the future.

Y!Answers includes a "check spelling" feature. The people who do not spell properly in their questions are not "having trouble in that field", they are just lazy.

it takes longer trying to figure out the words then it does answering the questions

I noticed that too, often times my spelling and puncuation sucks cause im trying to be quik with my answere I try to aviod text speak as i think it makes you lazy but when folks make fun of me it makes me wanna drive my fuggin car into an over pass nah just kiddin who gives a sh*t what they think

No, i think if you use improper grammar or spelling then you are stupid and deserve to die because you are bringing down society.
