Pretty much the same thing , except a high -priced call-girl is more expensive and better looking than a streetwalking ho !

The price and the way they are clothed. Higher prices call girls wear nicer clothes because they can afford it. They are still as dirty, but don't look as dirty.
A call girl, is a call girl to me though!
