Actually I need to know if 2 cm 3 cm and 5 cm are height, base, and width. I need to know which is which.

It doesn't really matter which is length, width or height. Make your net with 4 attached rectangles in a column with dimensions:

2X5
3X5
2X5
3X5

Then on both ends of one of the 3X5 rectangles attach a 3X2 rectangle

It doesn't really matter which ones you pick for which.. but length is usually longer than width.. and since it's a 'flat' patter.. I would keep the height as small as possible.

I would say

length = 5 cm
width = 3 cm
height = 2 cm
