Well i have two of my closet friend.one of them is a guy and one of them is a girl, they have been dating for about 2-3 months and we're only in middle school. Cody told me that he was going to break up with her tomorrow but he told me not to tell her. Jordan is like one of my best friends...should i betray cody? If i do tell jordan then she will probably break up with him first? What should i do...or should i just stay out of it?

well if they are both your friends the best thing to do is to let them deal with their problems and just be there for both of them afterwords. You don't want to lose either of them as friends but with break ups friendships are lost. I dated a girl that was a part of a gruop of mutal friends, things went wrong and I lost my friends becasue of it. One of the main reasons we broke up is because our mutal friends spent too much time involved in our relationship. Becareful and really think things through before getting in the middle of something that may hurt all of you.

Being in the middle is never a good place but we often find ourselve there. Many times no matter what the issue is you will be blame in the end. If you do tell, cody will blame you and say I thought we were friends, if you don't tell, your best friend will say I thought we were better friends. You will have problems either way you go. My advise is to stay out of it. And explain why you stayed out of it if you have too. It's really not your situation. It's really hard because they both are your friends. Not like if one was a friend. At the end of this story you will find out who is your real friend because a real friend would understand why you stayed out of it. When you are in the middle you just have to be a good listener.

I'd definitely stay out of it. Let Jordan come to you and tell you herself, because you wouldn't want to betray Cody's trust. Hopefully the two of them will stay friends after they break up. Good luck!

If you consider them both friends, thei would stay out of it,and just be there if either one of them want to talk.Dont take sides

let it work itself out cause they're dating each other... not you. just be there as a shoulder to cry on.
