I live year round in a travel trailer (which I own) I pay $360 a month for my lot rent which includes ALL my utilities but my phone.

I rent an apartment in a more expensive area of North Texas and I pay $1150 for a 2/2 that is about 1100 sf. I also pay all utilities. Most people's house payments around here are twice as much.

I pay $1395/month for the place I rent in a major metro area and $1300/month for the place I rent at the beach. Our house in the mountains is paid off, the taxes are $200/month.

$600/month for a 3/2 shithole. In the country on a dirt road in Mississippi. But at least it's a good school district and only about 5 minutes from town!
