I would take him to the doctors office and get him checked out. 4 weeks is a long time he could dehydrate. When my children get sick like this I was told to get white grape juice and dilute with a little water and feed 2 tablespoons every 15 minutes and see if they can hold this down. Gradually add more every hour and see if he can hold it down it will keep him from dehydrating until you get him to the doctor.
I would take him as soon as possible.

Hi
I have 5 children and my youngest is 16 months and oldest is 16.
Is this being passed around from family member to family member or has the child been sick for the entire 4 weeks?
4 weeks is a long time even for the flu or bacterrial infection. but I can tell you what we do for the guys at my work, we put them on strict fluid diets and slowly introduce solids. Also we sanitize/disinfect constantly. Antibiotics and sleep. But like I said 4 weeks is a long time, go to the Dr. if you havent already... if it continues then you may have someting going on in the home that is causing the problem.
hope this helps but dcertainly go to the dr...

He really should be under the care of a doctor by now.
Give him pedilyte or any other electrolite drink. Wait one hour after vomiting before giving him something. Stick with the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast). Call the dr in the morning. Check the temp often. Keep him close at night so he does not aspirate vomit.

Call the doctor, 4 weeks of being ill is way to long for a 10 month old. You can get some meds to control the vomiting, but need to see the doctor to get it. Babies can get dehydrated really fast, so please be careful.

Have you been to a doctor? For a baby, that would be my first course of action, I wouldn't wait 4 weeks.

If you haven't already, you should probably get your entire family in to see the doctor, he can tell you what is going on and give you a treatment plan. Try giving him pedialyte to keep him hydrated, but get him, at least to a doctor.
