The office is over 12,000 sq. ft. so do you purchase more than one printer? How do you decide where to place each printer? This is a healthcare business.

Either get 1 or 2 8000 series HP business laser jet printers. You can get a network module for it. Thats what I use in my apartment 8150 DTN ( i got it from work ). I'd place the printers at each end of the office space. They are used for high volume printing.

Buy 2 printer. 1 for secure info, other for non secure. both should be LJ printers. u can use jetdirect type cards depending on your network structure. Or just but wirless hub and hook them up with static IP. good luck.
