all would be left would be insultaing, wiring, plumbing and drywall, then just mudding and floors/carpets. Aprox how long does each of these tasks take to complte? It's about 2200 sq feet.

It all depends on how fast the contractors get it done, I've seen it done in about 7 business days, but that was every contractor there every day working hard.
I have also seen it take as long as a month.

This is a wide open question. I assume you're talking about doing this yourself with others helping you. How many people will be working on the interior, what is their level of experience, and how much finishing is required, e.g. molding, trim, doors, cabinetry, etc.? If I was to take a wild guess, assuming some level of expertese on your part, and reliable available help, I would say about 6 to 8 weeks for the total job.
