Practice as much as you can. I started drawing when I was nine and I am still working on perfecting my art.

There is no such thing as a perfect drawing. Art is an interpretation of reality. Even the most skilled realism artist cannot capture every single detail of the subject. Art comes in many forms and is subjective.
Learn the fundamentals and keep on practicing your technique.

First there is no such as a "perfect" drawing, unless it's the result of a copying machine.
To draw, you need to train your hand to draw what your eye sees. This is not as hard as you may think. It does take practice and, as with everything else, talent will help immensely.
And, of course, whatever you're drawing (the subject matter) will affect how "perfect" you can make something.

artists have a bad misconception of what there art is worth, any artist can sell his or her own drawings, in the right market place, there really isn't any bad art, art is unique to the person who has designed and worked on it,if you really want a subject to draw to make the perfect drawing, pick any stationary object and sit down and just draw. it will be your perfect drawing so long as you like it no one else matters, thats art.

You simply DO NOT make a perfect drawing if you're not good at that. But, if you want to draw as good as you wish, just draw as if it would be the last drawing in your life.

I have the perfect technich. anyone can do it. Its how to draw a tree. make the trunk of the tree and put a small V at the top of it. U have now made branches. then take the branches, extend them a bit and make a V at the top of them. keep doing this until the trunck gets so branches get so small that they cant fit any more V's and make them pointed to end it off. then u can add leaves.

Use the grid system, take a photo of what you want, on it draw grid lines, the size of grid depends on how acurate you want it, then on you paper or canvas draw grid lines larger as to what scale you want, then draw from each grid on photo onto the paper or canvas you have, you'll get a very accurate drawing of what you want...

How everyone else does! PRACTICE!! Or make up something! What may not be perfect to you, may be perfect in the eyes of others.
"Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder." Or so I've heard.
It really depends what you're going for.
