Our smoking ban is pretty harsh. You can't smoke in public at all, not even on a sidewalk or in a parking lot. You can however smoke in your car on a road IF you are not using the vehicle to go to or from your place of employment or lunch break. Oh, and you can smoke in your home UNLESS someone comes there to read your meter, paint your house or sell you something, then it is a place of business and you cannot.

There's a $2000.00 fine for possessing an ashtray in your car if parked in a parking lot!

here in the Tampa area I would have to say the traffic. we have 3 highways that go north and south 3-4 lanes and its always stop and go even though the speed limit is 70.

They still haven't completed the sewage system in some newer parts of the city. You see stinky sewage trucks everyday.

Emergency workers are not familiar with too many streets when called. Response time is ridiculous.

just as you drive into our town there is a giant water feature thats supposed to be a dandilion it looks just like a bog brush though which says it all really !!!!
