How come people seem to break laws just to break laws, you think if there are no laws crimes would die out?

If there were no laws there could be no crime as nobody could do anything wrong. Everything would be legal. If sombody wanted to break into your house and steal everything or rape you or kill you, then it would be ok as there are no laws broken. Crimes could not "die out" as there would be no such thing as a crime.
