don't delete system folders.....unless you want to reformat your hard drive. Use system utilities like add/remove programs to remove unwanted programs...create your own profile / user account with administrator privileges and delete the previous profile...then you can delete that user's my documents folder.....but not system folder.

sure.put a windows cd and the autoplay will work.enter the serial number and choose new istallation or update if u want just to change the windows version.if u choose new installation the laptop will do somethings and will restart, after restarting ur work will start too.
the laptop will check ur hard drive and free space in each drive then will give u a list from which u choose the drive to install.
choose the driver that the old windows system is installed on,the laptop will give u warning about having 2 windows system in the same partition and will ask u for:
1-change the partition,"from the previous list".
2-repairing current windows system
3-deleting the current windows system and install a fresh copy of windows.
press the button it says to delete the old windows"i cant remember what was the button,i did that from along time"
then it will start the deleting process and starting the new installation of the new windows, then it will do the restart, nothing to do after that untill the installation it done."it will restart and then loading windows as normal and after that it will continue installation'.
look, after that it will restart again and then open, everything will be small continue the steps untill u reach the desktop then change the resolution to 800*600 to make it normal"this what happened on my pc"
also,u should get every cd for each drive"if any has" to install them like LAN card if it is included in the laptop and things like that.ASK THE PERSON U GET THE LAPTOP FROM ABOUT ANY CDs FOR THE LAPTOP
ANY PROGRAMS PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED WILL NOT WORK,SO IF U WANT AN EMPTY HARD DRIVE UNINSTALL ALL PROGRAMS AND FORMAT ALL DRIVES,"EXCEPT THE SYSTEM ONE" AND THEN DO THE WINDOWS PROCESS AND U WILL GET A NEW HARD DRIVE WITH ONLY THE SYSTEM IS ON.
