Cost Estimate for Plumbing?

I live in NW Ohio and was wondering approximately how much it would cost to repair/replace a sink drain that is broken and runs into the basement sewer?

It's not uncommon to have a plumber charge $50 just to show up. Then with a $40 to $60 dollar per hour labor charge with a minimum of 1 or 2 hours.
Depending on the repair or replacement, and with out seeing what needs to be done I would have to say repair could cost up to $200, and replacement up to $2200.
