Its been five days since his last poop and he's eaten over a dozen crickets! I'm really worried that there is something wrong with him. I've checked his rectum area and there does not appear to be any crust or discoloration. And I gave him a warm bath about an hour ago. He seems to be pretty happy for the most part, but I'm really worried! Please help!

I understand you being worried. This can be caused from a few different reason. If you have him on sand or any short of lose bedding he could be impacted. Also if you have fed him to many to fast super worms or other hard exoskeleton worms that could also cause him an impaction. I might even be the fact that he has only eatten 12 crickets in 5 days. All of leo's can eat that in 1 night. Even if he only ate 12 he should have pooped atlest something the day after.

If the bath didnt work then i would take him to a herp friendly vet ASAP and have him X-rayed for an impaction or some sort of blockage.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions feel free to e-mail me at socalherpers@yahoo.com

I would wait it out. He might be shedding or something soon. I'm sure he's fine if there are no other signs. i would wait at least a few more days before going to a vet. Make sure he's hydrated and getting enough water.

How do you know if he hasn't gone? I know our Gecko is very clean and it's hard to tell when and where he goes to the bathroom. I;'m sure he's fine. Give him some more water if you're worried.

Two ways to sort this
1) See a vet who specialises in reptiles.
2) Carefully insert a cocktail stick and jiggle it about until he craps

I think number 1 sounds good
