hmmm, i wouldn't really classify this as a fetish. It does sound a little bit like you enjoy acting out a fantasy. For instance maybe you enjoy the whities because they remind you of when you were little. Which in that case it be more of a role playing situation. Don't be ashamed or afraid to tell the girl how you feel or what you want from a mutually sexual relationship. Have fun!

you should compromise and try boxer briefs! they're tighter than boxers but not quite as weird and creepy as tighty whities :p
