You mean affect - not effect. He's just one of the 100 most useless members of government in the country.

Don't know yet with the Martial Law in effect on 9/07/01 by JB how he will treat it.

He's leading the fight to be able to buy cheaper perscription drugs from Canada. Many elderly in Florida wrote to him and complained they could not afford to eat because their prescriptions were too costly.
