IT was on CNN this morning! the guy was a security guard.he recorded the hanging with his cell phone.

No, I do not think it's right, but we are not in Iraq to meddle in their justice system under the new government - hell, we've got our hands full just trying to keep the different factions from hanging each other, let alone complaining about a hanging which follows due process according to Iraqi laws.
But, as an American, I do not think it's right that we DIDN'T hang OJ, or Charles Manson, or Jeffery Dalmers, or countless child molesters.
I am not condoning Iraqi's justice system by any means, but, compared to ours, it seems pretty effective to me.
For example, I guarantee you the next hanging won't be recorded!
