Spiders don't excrete anything and have exoskeletons which get shed, as do locusts. Are they the same in that they don't pooh either?

Actually spiders DO defecate! Not a large amount as they have very efficent digestive systems and use most of what they eat.
Locusts defecate too.

All living things will excrete waste in some form. They take in food in whatever form, use what they can, and excrete the leftovers in another form.
The dictionary defines defecation as excreting waste from the bowels, which insects and arachnids do have. (Plants and single celled organisms excrete waste, but do not have bowels.)
So... YES, locusts, and spiders too, do defecate.

Yes they do. Usually olive green ovoid in shape.

These were NOT kept for any other reason but to show the diversity of life, no vivisection.

Yes they do and so do spiders its just not visible typically (like a gas form)

Who told you spiders do n't poo? Spiders do ! So do locusts as do ALL animals.
