I bought the house and had hired a live-in nanny and well things between me and the nanny began to get romantic and she caught us fooling around, so I told her either you accept it or move out and so far she hasn't moved out saying she still loves me but she says it's either her or the nanny, I plain told her I'd pick the nanny so once you go don't let the door hit you on the way out.

How would you like for your wife to expect you to accept her new man to be a part of your lives ? Would serve you right if she found herself a rich, influential attroney as her new man and sue your *** for all you have and more!
Do you think you are so good that the Nanny won't steal from you in other ways? She has stolen you away from your wife and you let her. And you have trashed all you could ever hope to have with the wife you chose maybe because you loved her?
While your now wife may be trying to accept this situation you have decided for her to have, someday she will start resenting the whole senario and hopefully dump your sorry ***, just when you realize that Nanny isn't the "piece" or the "peace" you really want and that your wife is what you have wanted all along, but are too dumb and blind to figure out until it will be too late to turn back. She will be gone and you will be alone and sitting there scratching your head (maybe both) wondering "What happened here?"
Some men never grow up they will remain selfish and continue to take whatever they want making decisions based on their anatomy and not what makes good sense.
I would not move out if I were your wife. Why should she? You wronged her, so take your whore and get as far away from there as possible so your wife can move on without having to encounter the two of you ever again. At least do one decent thing and get out of her face and her life. That is a decision you have apparently already made, so YOU move out jerk.

Wow, you are arrogant. I would love to tell your wife, "don't get mad---GET EVERYTHING." Maybe that little cocky smile will be wiped off your face when your wife takes you to the cleaners. I would kick your *** out of the house. The day I would leave and take my child out of its home, would be the day hell froze over. Shame on you for creating such a horrendous situation. If you hate your wife so bad, at least be the man and give the benefit to your child. You and your lolita can go get an apartment. You are going to get soaked. simple thing i see here, she moves out, goes to a lawyer, takes the house away from you and sues the nanny for everything she has, now you are living in a rundown apartment with a broke nanny that you can't even afford to pay for because you have to pay alimony and stuff

First of all ...why should she accept it? You are plain and simply cheating on her and you expect her to accept it? That is just nasty. My husband cheated on me and i kicked his azz to the curb.
