I give it 4 stars - ****.
It was beautifully filmed, I cared about the characters, there was an element of meaning to the film that didn't preach but still spoke to what is happening now. For a film that was so dark in some ways, and quite violent, it also had a strangely uplifting effect.
I saw it with my son, who is 21, and he really liked it, too.

4 stars, probably almost 5. I think the movie was amazingly done, great effects, great storyline, great characters. The birth scene looked sooo real. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. It's scary to think that that is actually what the world COULD be like one day.

Entertaining, and the camera work was very engaging. The plot felt a bit rushed, and failed to capture much depth beyond the two main protagonists.
I was particularly fond of the jabs at the Patriot Act, Homeland Security - and particularly the torture scene taken from the U.S. Iraqi prisoner abuse scandal at Abu Ghraib (the hooded prisoners when they are entering the refugee camp).

5 stars. I think it was an accurate picture of what our world could become in the next 30 years.(without the infertility thing...that was made up).
