It would probably be painful, and you might/most likely will bleed for a little while, I'd said no longer than a half hour to an hour, though. Although, not every girl is born with a hymen. And it can broken with something as simple as, if I am correct, falling off a bike or such.

If you're sexually active, even 1st time, it is most likely broken & no, it dosen't bleed a lot...

Everyone is different and bleeds differently. Usually if anything is inserted into the vagina, tampon, through intercourse it is broken.
