You had better get it xrayed. It may need to be set and the longer you delay means it heals all wrong and will never function properly again, plus you could even get an infection if it isn't cast and needs to be.

A broken bone can take 6-8 weeks to heal and then may need physiotherapy for rehabilitation too.

Try to splint it and not move it at all until you get medical help.
