there is a thing that some futurist have called "The Singularity" and the authors of this theory say that "The Singularity" will happen in our life time .....

it has something to do with an overlapping of technology's and an unexpected transformation of life on earth as we have known it will result

what is interesting is that they cannot see what the effect will be of that great overlapping of all things and they said it will be as eventful as man's first appearance on earth

gives me goosebumps

i will come back later with the author's name - but does anyone know more about it?

Sorry though i don't think technology is going to become intelligent enough and take over the planet.
I think that humans are going to always be in control.But what the hell do i know.

That, which existed prior to the "big bang" is often referred to as the "Singularity".
As all things in Its' creation consist of cycles, and often cycles within cycles, one can deduce that at some point (time is irrelevant) all will return to whence it began.

They have discovered a blakhole in the Virgo constellation not a blackhole friendy place.Actually triplets.This may be the cause of the effect.
