Assuming you are giving a serious opinion and not spouting some weird stuff, I don't know why. Stop giving opinions then, If the people your are having conversations with can't respect your opinion.

Or maybe you are being thin skinned, I dunno.

I do not see that you have answered questions in Religion/Spirituality, so I assume that you mean in real life?
If the person who asks your opinion then makes fun of that opinion, then tell the person that you don't appreciate it. If they continue, don't answer their questions. Eventually the person will get bored and look for other people to get a reaction out of.
