You are referring to "things" within this world. They must have beginnings & endings because they are limited by the rules of this earthly mortal existence (birth-death). There are things beyond this world however (God -- whatever you choose to call him, the afterlife) which have no beginning or ending, which are eternal, but it's hard for us to relate to the concept because our only frame of reference is our own existence with its beginnings & endings.

Some things do not have an end, but we put one on them for the sake of convenience.

The same is true of beginnings.

Some, but not all things have a beginning. Some things do not have an ending. Others do.

Each situation is unique. This question is meaningless for any practical purpose.

Because if there was no end, the middle (between beginning and ending) would be meaningless. And things have to begin, or they will never happen. The end gives the meaning, the beginning gives the way.

Things have a beginning and and end because:
1. The world would be too crowded if they never ended.
2. .They have a beginning because they have a purpose, and they have an end when they are not needed anymore.

maybe things don't have an end or a beginning properly it's just something we invented to explain ourselves things of life, in many ways when we get to an end it starts a beginning so and viceversa, so maybe end and beginning are just words and we give them meaning.

The fact that YOU have a beginning and an end makes the permanence of everything else a moot point.

Such is the nature of life. Look around you-Can you not see the rythim that is before us.A rythim that was declaired long before us? Who are we to intervene in such a grand calculation? I say live and let live. All is what it is. Definitions intrude upon the essense of tranquility. The "act" negates the "reaction". Time is subject to the beholder.

The sun doesn't set:it shines somewhere else...but it will eventually die...
No one dies:we reincarnate over and over....
till we meet a spiritual master to teach us how to stop this..and go to the spiritual world...
God never ceases to love us:He is present even in demons!
Conclusion:look out for God...
